Today is RARE DISEASE DAY: We are committed to rare disease research!
(Vienna, 28.02.2023) 300 million people worldwide suffer from rare diseases. Today is Rare Disease Day – a day to raise awareness for precisely these diseases. Together with the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Rare and Undiagnosed Diseases, CeMM Research Center for Molecular Medicine of the Austrian Academy of Sciences and the Medical University of Vienna, St. Anna Children’s Cancer Research Institute wants to highlight the importance of collaborative research approaches.
We stand together to understand the origins of childhood cancer and to foster better treatment options in the future. With our research, we want to enable a better future for rare disease patients, their families and caregivers! #shareyourcolours #RareDiseaseDay
